At The VIA Agency, I had the opportunity to work on an innovative and educational campaign for Arm & Hammer, utilizing the popular online platform Roblox. Our project, Arm & Hammer's Mad Science Lab, was designed to promote the brand's baking soda product by engaging kids in a fun and interactive virtual environment.

The Concept

Arm & Hammer's Mad Science Lab was conceived as an immersive Roblox game where kids could explore the fascinating properties of baking soda through a series of exciting science experiments. The goal was to create an educational yet entertaining experience that would resonate with young audiences and their parents, highlighting the versatility and benefits of Arm & Hammer™ baking soda in a memorable way.

How It Works

The game features a virtual Mad Science Lab filled with various interactive activities. Players can customize their characters and dive into a world of scientific discovery, participating in experiments such as:

  • Volcano Eruption: Kids can create their own volcanic eruptions using baking soda and vinegar, learning about chemical reactions in a visually stimulating way.
  • Rocket Launch: This activity allows players to build and launch rockets, demonstrating the power of baking soda and acid mixtures in propulsion.
  • Magic Potion Experiment: In this whimsical experiment, players mix different ingredients to create magical potions, uncovering the magic of science.

Bringing the Project to Life

Developing Arm & Hammer's Mad Science Lab involved a multidisciplinary approach. We collaborated with game designers, educational consultants, and the Arm & Hammer brand team to ensure the game was both engaging and informative.
